Finally I've been able to put the ancestors up in the hall

Well almost :)

Sometime later...

And I've been back doing a little at the house

It might not loot like a lot but there is a lot of sanding and painting. It needs another coat and some spot filling but hey some progress at least.

Oh and I got around to spraying the shed. Anyone looting at this, if you ever need to apply wood preserver to a shed or fence; for god sake use a solvent based product with a cheap garden sprayer! I did the whole shed in under two hours

Oh yeah and I cut the grass / moss too

Day Three

So I've put some wood in the hole! Should make the hall a touch warmer eh.

The planks are alternated so that the natural cupping of the boards with cancel each other out over the width of the door. An expedite job!

Ok so I cheated and used planks because I ran out of plaster board, but hey I like it. Bistro Chic!
